All prints in our shop are printed on archival quality watercolour paper with archival pigment inks. This ensures their resemblance to the original paintings as closely as possible. It also means the prints will last a lifetime without fading!

--- Shipping details ---

Estimated shipping times:
North America: 8-15 business days
Europe: 8-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-12 business days
Asia Pacific: 6-12 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 10-20 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 10-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Additional Shipping Information:
We use Australia Post for shipping all orders.

Domestic Orders - tracking service is included for 11 x 14" / A3 / A2 size orders or any order value equal and above $50.

International Orders - tracking service is not included in the standard shipping cost.

--- Refunds, returns & exchanges ---

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional Returns & Exchanges Policy:
If purchased items are damaged during transit, please send us clear photos of the damaged items. If the damage is legitimate, We're happy to give you a full refund or exchange of those damaged items.

If the buyer changes mind after an item is shipped, the buyer bears all postage costs. The prints need to be returned in the original unopened clear packaging for full refund (excluding postage paid).

--- Care instructions ---
An artwork is best protected behind a frame. If unframed, please protect and store it away from direct sunlight to ensure its long lasting effects.
